At Colors and Doodles, every product is carefully made and packed to ensure quality.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds are applicable only if:

1.You receive a damaged product

2.You receive a wrong product

To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Order ID and Clear photos/videos of the issue

Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

1.Customized or personalized products

2.Used or damaged products caused by customer handling

3.Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
